Week #3 Questions

• On a scale of 1-10, what effort did you give the workout this week?

I would say that I give my 8 out 10 for this week


• List three specific examples of what would motivate you to participate in and stick to a
regular exercise routine?

To make a writing plan, to wear my gym clothes and to always have my sport bag.


• List three specific barriers or excuses which would prevent you from doing so?

Depends of the weather of the day, if it’s too cold I become lazy to go outside. My tiredness and my periods days are also some excuses.


• What type of workouts and physical activities do you like?

I LOVEEE to run. That is the first thing that I do when I go to the gym. Also, I love to dance, so I like to take Zumba or just workshop dance classes to learn and to have fun. Abs workout is a must in workout routine too.


• Do you prefer going to the studio/gym or working out at home?

Depends on days, sometimes I am lazy so i would do at home. But lately, I’ll rather go to the gym because when I get there I have no other choice to do it. Furthermore, in the summer, I prefer to do outside near a parc.


• What could you see yourself doing as exercise for the remainder of your life?

I want to have a healthier body for myself, so I’m projecting to go at least 4-5 times a week to gym and at least one class of dance per week.


• How was your nutrition over the course of this week?

I have to say that I change my nutrition this week by eating less sugar but there was one day that I cheated because it was my birthday.


• What would you like to change in your nutrition for the following week?

I want to heat healthier and eat less sugar/carbs. I’m cooking this week, so that my meal are already set for the week. Of course, adding proteines in my nutrition too.
